Jan/Feb/March 2026 Breads and more

2026 has already exceeded all of our expectations of the horrors that would unfold globally.  But as we work on fixing this mess, we might as well have great bread  in the process. I will be posting more often (yeah, I know) with some of  the non-baking mess-cleaning happening out there. In the meantime enjoy the bread.
