Dehydrating Rosemary – First Attempt

Now for a change of pace.

I got tired of wasting fresh rosemary. Even though I use it often when I cook and for baking focaccia, I can never use up all that rosemary that comes in the those packs from the stores.  In the past I have used the suggestion most people give which is to cover it in olive oil then freezing it but that was alway messy and inconvenient.

I pulled out the under-used dehydrator to do one of my food experiments.  I would dehydrate most of it in the dehydrator and I would air-dry a small batch as the control sample to see how they compare.
