2024 Teachers & Writers Videos

I had the pleasure of editing 2 videos for Teachers & Writers Collaborative this summer for their collaboration with New York State Poet Laureate Willie Perdomo.

The first video was for the East Harlem Poets Collective where poets Alba Hernandez and Daemond Arrindel led  two after-school youth writing workshops for students in East Harlem. 

The second video was for the New York State of Poetry program that hosted 13 poetry and writing events throughout New York State. I was initially going to do some 3D mapping for the project but ended sticking to 2D map work.

We chose to use the same music [Uplifting Warm (short ver.) by AudioCoffee] for both videos.

It was a pleasure working on this project with a partner that was clear about what they wanted, provided the necessary media and was great to work with.  I look forward to more projects with them.
