2014 BAAD!Ass Women Festival ndlela May 5, 2014 My Videos The Bronx Academy of Arts & Dance (BAAD!) hosted 8 writers for its 2014 BAAD!Ass Women Festival on March 20. I had attended a screening of Kinky Boots at BAAD! a few weeks before and was grateful for the new arts venue in the neighborhood (they moved last year from Hunts Point.) All the BAAD!Ass Women did a great job. Sheila Maldonado read the poem from her book ONE-BEDROOM SOLO.
